JSM Pension Management System automates calculation of various types of Pensioner benefits of the employees retiring from Central Government Departments as per the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972. JSM Pension Software allows for calculation of various types of pensioner benefits for Govt. employees appointed in a pensionable establishment on or before 31.12.2003 and retiring from Government service with a qualifying service of 10 years or more. JSM Pension Software automates processing of monthly Pension / Family Pension, Dearness Relief (DR) and Fixed Medical Allowance of Pensioners, deductions / recoveries and generation of Bank Transfer Letters, Pension Bill and other schedules.

JSM Pensioners Portal enables all Pensioners / Nominees to securely log into Pensioner Portal to access their up-to-date individual Pension Data and other relevant information including Nominee Details.

JSM Pension Software allows for setting up rules of qualifying years of service, all classes of pensions (including Superannuation pension, Retiring pension, Compensation pension, Compulsory retirement pension and Invalid pension), Conditions governing the grant of pension, automatic calculation of the Amounts of Pension, Gratuity, Family Pension and Death Gratuity in case of death while in service.

  • Pension Calculation

    JSM Pension Management System has provision to capture data on date of birth, date of joining in to the service, type of retirement (Normal, V.R.S, Death), Age at the time of Retirement and last drawn pay. JSM Pension System then based on above inputs and standard formulas / rules of total service, non-qualifying service, weightage, net qualifying service automatically calculates pension, family pension, enhanced family pension, gratuity and commutation and appropriate reports are generated.

    JSM Pension Software has provision to enter pension order number and date.

  • Pension Payment Calculation

    Based on Retirement date, type of retirement and Pension Order date JSM Pension Software does pension payment calculation and pension payment calculation sheet generation

  • Recoveries

    If the employee is having any recoveries by using this option admin user can enter pensioner recovery particulars. While calculating pension payment these recoveries will be deducted automatically in JSM Pension Management Software

     

  • Bank Transfer Letter

    In JSM Pension Management System, by using this option admin user can generate authorization letter to send bank for Pension Transfer to Pensioners Bank Account.

  • Pensioners Portal

    JSM Pensioners Portal provides easy accessibility all Pensioners / Nominees to securely log into Online Pensioner Portal to view their up-to-date individual Pension Data and other personal data including Nominee Details.

  • Non-Qualifying Services

    If the employee is having any Non – Qualifying Service by using this option admin user can enter his/her Non – Qualifying service details. While calculating pension this service will be deducted automatically.
