Padmaja has 2 Masters Degrees with Distinction in Mathematics from Karnataka University. She brings to JSM her tremendous strengths in Analytical and Mathematical skills gained via her long and extensive higher education.
Padmaja has around 10 years of experience and expertise in Business Requirements Study, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Support of Software Products.
Padmaja has specialised knowledge in the Human Resources Domain with more than 8 years’ experience in handling leading MNC and Indian corporate’s complex HRIS Projects.
Padmaja leads the Software Products Division in JSM with overall responsibility for Software Products Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Support.
