FnBMS - The complete Restaurant & Bar Billing Software.
A piece of art software by JSM which takes care of all the requirements associated with the billing process in a Restaurant / Bar. It provides a simple yet efficient interface to the users for taking out bills in just a spur of moment.
FnB Software is developed keeping in mind the end users, thus made very easy to operate and requires almost zero maintenance.
The software is designed in such a manner that it reduces the probability of human errors as it has robust validation mechanism.
Order / KOT transaction Interface:
Easy and fast order generation.
One can select the items, category and subcategory wise from the Order Transaction Form.
Order No is generated automatically.
No need to enter the items every time an order is generated. Items have to be
fed once and will be displayed thereafter in the Interface. Other details like Table No, Covers/Pax, Order Type, etc are entered through this interface.
Rates are Automatically fetched from the master records.
One can Add, Save, Edit or Delete an Order.
Item Name, Category, Rates, Server Name are automatically fetched from the master database and thus an order is entered in seconds
Provision for one time entry of Items details, Server Details as master records. (Updateable as per need)
Print Bill Interface:
In JSM FnB Software User has to just select the Table No to print the bill.
Automatic calculation of Sales Tax, Service Charges & Other Taxes.
Single Bill for different types of Items. (e.g. Food, Non Alcoholic Beverages, Alcoholic Beverages, etc)
Provision for ‘Open Menu’. (i.e. instantaneous entry of a new Item in the Order)
Printing Bills on preprinted stationary or blank roll of paper. (As per clients need)
Settling Bill Interface:
User can settle bill by just selecting the bill no from the list displayed in the interface.
Provision for Tip.
Various modes of payment are provided to keep record of the payment mode. (e.g. Cash, Credit Card, Banker’s Cheque, Transfer to account)
Void Bill Interface:
Bill is made void through this interface. This option is only given to specific users (Administrator).
Reason is mandatory before making the bill void.
