 What it takes to be a JSM Team Member

Getting into JSM Tech is tough. You should be having the following characteristics to be a JSM Team Member

• Team Player: You should be an excellent team player. 

• Expertise in chosen field: You should be an expert in your chosen field of work. Lets say you want to work in WAP, in that case you should have strong expertise in WAP, both concepts as well as strong real world work experience.

• Conceptual knowledge: You should have strong conceptual knowledge of your field of specialization. What is required is a good grasp of both the big picture as well as the details.

• Strong Academic Background: You should have an exceptionally strong academic background with consistently good grades throughout your academic career.

• Professional Qualifications: You should have the required professional qualification for each position. As a matter of corporate policy we take only BTech's / BE / MCA for development work. Similarly you should have the required professional ( Post Graduate) qualification to be considered for each profile be it HR, Finance or Marketing.

• Soft Skills: You should have high ethical, moral and professional standards.
