Project Manager
You would be responsible to initiate, estimate effort and evaluate
projects; do high level design and architecture and execute project
assignments. Lead and motivate project teams to ensure timeliness and
quality of deliverables. Would be responsible for all contractual
deliverables of the project and customer interaction and satisfaction.
Tracking project roll out, and managing using project management tools.
Person would be responsible for setting / adherence of quality systems
as per ISO / CMM standards.
The desired person should have exposure to pre sales activity proposal
making, quality planning and practice. Should have excellent
communication and people skills, project planning and tracking
capabilities. Need to have 5-10 years relevant software exp in a
reputed organization. Must necessarily have ERP development and
implementation experience. Must be able to provide at-least 5 live
client references where projects are currently running successfully.
System Analyst
Understanding client requirements. Analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Should have good exp. in Software Requirements Specification writing, Project Plan, Use Case Diagrams, UAT.
Experience: 3-8 yrs experience in ERP, HR and Payroll, CRM, Order
Management System, Inventory Management/Materials Management. Knowledge of UML would be
prefered. Minimum 1 - 2 Year Experience into Requirements Gathering and Software Requirements.
Senior Team Members - Senior VB / SQL Server Developers
The job demands working closely with clients and developers in the team
to deliver the overall solution. Job profile includes Software
development as per specs and standards, coding, unit & integrated
testing, implementation and maintenance & complete documentation.
BE/MCA with 3-6 years experience in n Tier Architecture VB,
COM, Crystal Reports, SqlServer is a must. Must have full life cycle
implementation experience of ERP especially Production, HR &
Finance Modules. Exposure to ERWin, ISO, CMM is desirable. Must have
exposure to Installshield, RoboHelp, HTML Help, VSS.
Senior Team Members - Web Developers - ASP.Net and C #
The job demands working closely with clients and developers in the team
to deliver the overall solution. Job profile includes Software
development as per specs and standards, coding, unit & integrated
testing, implementation and maintenance & complete documentation.
BE/MCA with a total of atleast 4 years experience out of which atleast
2 years experience in ASP.Net, and C# is a must. Experience in n Tier
Architecture, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Crystal Reports, MS SQL
Server Exposure to ISO, CMM is desirable. Must have Web
Projects experience. People with VB.Net experience need not apply.
Team Members - Testing
Will be responsible for test requirement analysis, test scenario design
and review, designing and executing test cases for different test
types.
Should have 2-4 years of hands on experience with Black Box Testing,
System Testing, GUI testing. Strong in concepts related to life cycle
testing, test strategy and test plans. Working knowledge of testing
tools is a must. Must have experience of testing of ERP projects using
Microsoft Technologies (VB /.Net, ASP.Net, C#). Must have experience in
both Client Server as well as Web Based projects. Should have thorough
domain knowledge of HR, Payroll, Inventory, CRM and Sales.
Team Members - Technical Writer
The person would be responsible for printed documentation and
online help documentation, coordination with development /
implementation team for knowledge transfer.
Should have knowledge of MS Office, Robohelp, HTML Help, online
help tools and graphic tools.
Should be an graduate with minimum of 2 years of experience as a
technical writer with an reputed IT company.
