Upon entrusting JSM tech with the task of developing software solutions we follow the following steps >>

Step 1: Business Process Study >>
Here a complete business process study of the client business is done at client location. We interact at key personnel at various user and management levels to get a complete viewpoint of the business process. The end result of this stage is a “Business Process Document”.

Step 2: Requirements Study / Analysis and Design / SRS >>
After having done a complete business process study we then make an exhaustive list of requirements. These are the requirements for which a software solution needs to be built. Requirements are collected form direct and indirect users. After all requirements have been collected, complete study of the same is done and a “Software Requirements Specification” document is prepared. This is an exhaustive document giving complete picture of the software we would be developing. This document needs to be studied carefully and signed off by you authorizing us to start development based on the SRS. This document also freezes your requirements and the scope of the application.

Step 3: Coding >>
Once the SRS document is signed off coding starts and coding is done following the SRS document. Testing keeps getting done by us as and when it is completed.

Step 4: Testing and Implementation >> Once coding is over final testing is usually by done by actual end users with live data. A few minor modifications are done here. The software is installed at client location and undergoes a trial run. Once all bugs have been corrected and all minor changes are done we finally deliver the software on a CD for you. This way in case of any crash you can install the same without delay.

Important Point: One unique feature of our development activity is the close interaction we have with direct end users all along the development effort. In fact after seeing its heavy success we have made it mandatory for end users and decision makers to visit us every week to review and provide inputs on our development activities. That way the end user is able to get software that he wants and costly modification efforts are saved.
